MGM Members Profile: Rebecca Everett

Who are you and what do you do?

I provide a platform for people to envision a fulfilling life and world and then go out and build it. I’m a performance Improvement coach and consultant and my clients are those who’ve already tasted success, are primarily service providers and see themselves as agents of transformation. I deliver workshops based on my book “How To Be CEO of Your Own Life: Discovering Who You Are and What You’re Really Meant to Do”. I also provide Presentation Skills coaching for B2B professionals.

What motivated you to join MGM?

I want to be part of something transformative: I am energized by the vision of MGM. We are the suffragettes of the 21st century!

What would surprise us to learn about you?

I’m also a singing performer. Last week I was in an ensemble Holiday Show written and directed by Ric Henry. Most Mondays you can find me at Ric Henry’s Open Mike at Tango in PB singing ballads and showtunes.

How can we support you?

Attend my workshops ( I post them on FB, LinkedIn and my site – and tell your network about what you experience! It’ impossible to describe how much change and insight happens for attendees in marketing materials. Person-to-person advocacy of my vision and the work I do to help others build theirs is the best way to spread the power!

What do you most want people to know about you?

I am inspired by this quote: “When I dare to be powerful – to use my strength in the service of my vision – it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.” (Audre Lorde, poet and activist)
